Grafton Homes is pleased to announce the addition of construction loan financing through several regional banks.
While construction financing is one more value added service, we respect our homebuyers decision to secure construction financing at the lending institution of their choice.
We require the following payment schedule and offer all the assistance you may require in securing construction financing for your new Grafton Home.

  • 5% Deposit at loan closing
  • 65% Payment when house has finished production
  • 28% Payment when house is delivered and set
  • 2% Payment upon completion of scope of work by Grafton
  • Homes' Wrap Crew as specified in Section H of our "Site Work Responsibility" document
