Yes! All models can be built in reverse floor plans. Also, all models can be built on crawl spaces or basement foundations. Grafton Homes floor plans can be customized within our Modular System of Building.
The actual construction time to build a typical home in our controlled factory environment is over a week. Once the home is scheduled for delivery to your site, it typically takes one day to set a home. The on-site wrap crew will arrive shortly after the home is set on your completed foundation and will then complete the necessary site work. What Costs and Responsibilities Does Grafton Homes Include?Grafton Homes provides "above plate" completion as part of our contract cost. This process includes materials and labor to complete central heating and air conditioning, carpet, gutters, final plumbing hook-up inside foundation wall and final electrical hook-up inside foundation wall. Grafton Homes also includes the cost of delivery, crane, hauling permits, and flag cars as part our contract cost.
